🛡️Official Defense of DIAtech™ Against False Accusations and Illegitimate Requests

Public statement in response to defamation by ScamAdvisor, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms discrediting a legitimate and transparent project without real evidence.

DIAtech™ is an investment advisory and fraud-protection system developed over years of continuous work, with no paid promotion and complete transparency.

We have received multiple false accusations, "suspicious site" labels, and unjustified blocks on platforms like ScamAdvisor, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

This page is dedicated to publicly refute those claims and demonstrate—with evidence—that all of DIAtech™’s operations are grounded in legality, privacy, ethics, and user protection.

What is presented here?

> On this page we provide:

– Screenshots of false accusations

– Verifiable proof of our operations

– Official technical response from Webador (our hosting provider)

– Transparent explanation of DIAtech™’s internal functioning

– A public legal notice, with intent to pursue further action if corrections are not made

Documented Evidence of False Accusations

ScamAdvisor – Repeated baseless claims

> We show two captures:

– October 2024: ScamAdvisor claimed “This site offers suspicious investments,” “Owner hides identity,” and “It’s hosted on a shared server.”

– More recent capture: Language escalated to “fraudulent site,” still without verification or grounding.

ScamAdvisor never contacted us directly or performed a proper audit—violating any standard of objectivity.

Facebook – Continuous restrictions and accusations without investigation

> Facebook has limited our posts, blocked our reach, and labeled the page as “potentially misleading” without technical review, contact, or right to respond.

We never ran paid promotions—only posted blog content and warnings against real scams, which apparently triggered negative reactions.

LinkedIn – Account termination without justification and no appeal

> In 2024, LinkedIn shut down DIAtech’s official account without prior notice. The only apparent reason was our content about scam protection and financial defense systems.

We cannot currently access LinkedIn’s accusations page due to platform restrictions, but have preserved pre-closure screenshots.

They also demanded personal documents and system certifications—requests no serious company should comply with without official, in‑person judicial order.

🌐 Server location: Netherlands (Groningen)

☁️ Data center provider: Google Data Centers

🔐 SSL security certificates: Let’s Encrypt

🔎 Public IP address: 35.204.150.5

❌ No VPN usage

This verifies that DIAtech™ is not hidden, does not use anonymization techniques, and that our tools fully comply with international security and transparency standards.

Why we DO NOT send personal or technical documents

> Neither ScamAdvisor, Facebook, LinkedIn, nor any other platform have legal authority to request private personal or technical documents.

DIAtech™ will only provide such documentation upon presentation of a judicial order signed in-person by a competent authority.

Providing this information to private entities without judicial mandate:

💣 Endangers the security of our clients

🧬 Exposes internal details of our technology

🛡️ Breaches confidentiality of investor-protection processes

🛡️ KYC Policy: Real, legal, privacy-respecting verification

At DIAtech™, we apply the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principle in an ethical, legal, and personalized manner. Verification is only mandatory if the client chooses to receive our custom financial or investment advisory services. This process protects both the client and DIAtech™, in full compliance with international privacy and digital‑security laws.

Our procedure is clear, secure, and transparent:

1. Identity verification occurs only via video call, with the client voluntarily presenting a valid ID document.

2. We do not accept documents sent by email or messaging (WhatsApp/Telegram) — it is both insecure and legally non-compliant.

3. We do not use AI, automated scanning, or external validation — everything is done human-to-human with prior consent.

4. 📦 All client data stored (with consent) is kept in offline, air‑gapped systems — no unauthorized access possible.

Data retained includes:

Full name, nationality, and country of residence

Internal client and contract codes

Service and investment start dates

Payment and profit records

Private email and phone (including WhatsApp) for exclusive contact

Client bank account, always verified by video call prior to disbursement

🔒 DIAtech™ does not have access to client funds.

We receive at least 4 days' advance notice before any benefit transfer. A video call is then scheduled to confirm the validity of the bank account and its sole ownership. No automation, no risk.

🔐Only the client can choose to send personal documents—and only to state authorities, with relevant official justification.

⚠️No private individual or company has legal grounds to request any such documents digitally.

Requests for personal documents without a clear legal basis or shown official channel violate privacy rights and are increasingly used by digital fraud networks.

Context and Justification

DIAtech™ wishes to publicly clarify that we have never paid for ads nor requested verification by platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or others. Our website and services are fully independent—built from scratch without external financial support, sponsorship, or investors.

Our digital reputation is being unjustly attacked by entities like ScamAdvisor, LinkedIn, and Facebook, which have issued alerts, blocks, or automated comments lacking any real investigation or legitimate legal grounds.

Formal Warning of Potential Legal Action

> DIAtech – Digital Investment Advisors Technology™ hereby publicly states that it has gathered sufficient evidence of false accusations, illegitimate restrictions, and defamatory information distributed by several digital platforms, including but not limited to:

• ScamAdvisor

• LinkedIn

• Meta/Facebook

• Other platforms that repeat or amplify such claims without legal verification.

These actions constitute:

⚠️ Unfounded public defamation

❌ Indirect discrimination for refusing to provide personal documents without a judicial order

🧱 Active obstruction of a legitimate and transparent project

If these platforms do not voluntarily correct the false information about DIAtech™, we, together with legal advisors, will consider:

📑 Filing a formal defamation lawsuit and seeking reputational damages

⚖️ Initiating legal action for commercial harm

🧾 Claiming compensation for material and moral damages

Final Message to Our Visitors and Clients

DIAtech – Digital Investment Advisors Technology™ was founded as an independent project, without external funding. What we offer results from years of work and a genuine commitment to hardworking individuals who want to protect their investments and avoid digital fraud.

We reject both scams and the persecution of legitimate initiatives that refuse to bow to the control of major platforms.

This is our official defense.

And, if necessary, it will also be the first step toward legal action.
